WE ONE is an explosive DJ–live percussion duo delivering high-energy, dancefloor-driven sets where electronic club music meets deep-rooted African and Caribbean traditions.

The project unites a female DJ and a male percussionist into one powerful live experience, blending Amapiano, Three Step, Afro House, Afro Tech, and selected Dancehall and Soca cuts with dynamic live drumming.

At the decks is Tamiko, a DJ of Jamaican origin who has called Jamaica, New York, Berlin, and Frankfurt home. She has been performing on stage since the age of 12, starting at Berlin’s Theater des Westens. Over the years, she has shared stages with renowned Jamaican artists and played as a DJ at numerous festivals, developing a sound that effortlessly bridges underground club culture and Caribbean heritage.

On percussion is Twaba, born and raised in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. A seasoned percussionist, he has toured internationally with various projects and brings an unmistakable rhythmic depth rooted in traditional African drumming.

Together, WE ONE fuses modern African electronic music with ancestral rhythms — a vibrant, forward-thinking sound where Electronic Beats meet Traditional Soul. Special Caribbean-flavoured sets are also available, making WE ONE adaptable for club nights, festivals, and cultural events alike.
